Cannibalistic Feast

We would like to invite you to the dinner, which is going to be a part of FOOD STUDIO at the Artists in Residence Program, MeetFactory.

The banquet will be accompanied by short expositions of our guests and will be followed by a discussion on the concept of the collective BODY and the physical emancipation of the material aspect of our existence. We will consume the alchemical body. Eating is an act of merging, of disappearing the contradiction between object and subject.The feast is therefore in a sense an alchemical wedding. In a semi-alchemical way, we will examine the different parts of the BODY from head to toe.
Former FOOD STUDIO resident Tomek Pawłowski-Jarmołajew will prepare a full BODY of flavours wrapped in a cannibalistic Feast.
Last but not least, the event will be followed by a fundraiser for GRANICA ngo helping people on the Polish-Belarusian border.
