MeetFactory Summer Cinema: The Parade

To be “different” does not generally pay off. This rule becomes even more valid in Serbia. When you are a proud member of the LGBT community who wants to organize a gay pride in Belgrade, you need to grow some guts. A story of a gay couple in a Serbian LGBT community on a background of a clash of various nationalities is portrayed by director Srđan Dragojević. However if you expect a classic Hollywood-style melodrama, you might get disappointed. Prepare yourselves for some intensely dark humor.
