Summer Cinema XV| WINNER: DONNIE DARKO

The Summer Classics cycle will be opened by one of the most exciting films of the beginning of 21st century. Donnie Darko, an ambitious and enigmatic debut of the American filmmaker Richard Kelly, brings up a story of a teenager who escapes a fatal accident but – haunted by a vision of a giant rabbit – keeps on committing crimes. Donnie Darko is not only a bizarre story of alienation from a family and society, but it’s also a riveting descend into the psychic of a sensitive individual living in an American suburban area. 
Screening starts 20:30.
Entrance fee is 80 CZK, for visitors with permanent residency on Prague 5 with a 50% discount.
