Summer Cinema XVII| WINNER: MEMENTO

Memento was made 16 years ago by the extraordinary American filmmaker Christopher Nolan. Based on the story of his brother Jonathan, this mysterious film follows a vengeance-driven man suffering from his own inability to remember and in its time it broke down the time-proven ideas about thriller as a genre and its structure. This ambitious piece also marked the starting point for Nolan’s long-term obsession with human perception and search for truth hidden behind our horizon. Memento is a unique film which offers the viewer a key to deciphering Nolan’s future films.  

Screening starts 20:30.
Entrance fee is 80 CZK, for visitors with permanent residency on Prague 5 with a 50% discount.
