Rock for People presents: Gwar (US) + Voivod (CA)

This American thrash metal band found in 1985 in Virginia is out of this world. You can make sure of that on December 9th at Prague's MeetFactory where they arrive within Use Your Collusion Tour.

Gwar combines exaggerated horror costumes - latex masks, lyrics, and stage controversy. Their bizarre live show shocks their fans who dare to come to their concert.  In 2014, Gwar suffered a tragedy and have lost their singer and founder Dave Brockie's alias "Oder Urung". But the band didn't give up! Nothing destroys Gwar! In 2017 they released their 14th album “The Blood Of Gods”. This album is about the rebellion of humanity against their creator and everything wrong in this world. GWAR in their lyrics highlights the sins and mistakes of people including politics, planet pollution, organized religion or fast food. They want to show people who they are - a parasitic disease that is destroying our Earth. 

They will bring Voivoid and Childrain as support!
