Young Fathers (UK) + Člověk pokrokový (CZ)

Only after some 18 months, but already as big shots, after winning the Mercury Prize and releasing a new album “White Men Are Black Men Too”, the most progressive Scottish hip-hop troupe Young Fathers return to MeetFactory. The story of Alloysious, Kayus and G has some fairytale-ish twist – it took the young men something over 10 years from the projects, through the under-16 hip-hop meetings, first own DIY tapes, being contacted by the legendary underground Anticon label to the biggest stages of Europe and releasing the second album on Ninja Tune/Big Dada. Last year, before the Mercury Prize and with previous record DEAD, they bombed the MeetFactory with their live show. It would be a sin to miss them this time.

Opening will be Člověk pokrokový, a new project by Mary C and Martin Tvrdý.
