MeetFactory theatre dramaturgy is defined as an alternative „director’s theatre“. Foreign directors who cooperate with Czechs active in the field of theatre are an essential part of the prepared dramaturgy.

As a long-term goal, the project aspires to promote a larger engagement of Czech theatre with the European context. It should provide a stimulating experience with high artistic value for foreign originators. The desired effect is to facilitate professional contacts and to raise consciousness about the European art scene.
The MeetFactory theatre is not a stagiona - it is an origin of quality theatre projects. The most significant and specific feature of MeetFactory is a multicultural consciousness. Because it provides ateliers for international artists, it is a meeting place for both Czech and foreign artists.

In 2010, a new project called „Performance Atelier“ was realised as part of the MeetFactory Atelier program. Performance Atelier follows from general MeetFactory theatre dramaturgy and it is designed as a space for Czech and foreign theatre performers who can realise their projects here for a three-month period, during which they are publicly presented on various occasions.
