Porches (US) + Frankie Cosmos (US)

Aaron and Greta are a couple from New York. Aaron has this introspect electro-pop band Porches, young Greta has her DIY-folk alias Frankie Cosmos (she recorded tens of home recordings of straightforward tunes since 2011). Porches have released their second album Pool earlier this year – dubbed “shy kids dance parties sountrack” by Pitchfork in an exalting review, Frankie Cosmos releases her second “regular” album Next Thing, full of simple but bold songs. Porches and Frankie Cosmos are touring Europe this spring, and are stopping by at MeetFactory on May 30.
