Roo Panes (UK)

British singer-songwriter Andrew “Roo” Panes” has been compared to contemporaries like Ben Howard or Sufjan Stevens for his emotive and timeless songs from a deeply personal space. However, whilst the aforementioned artists use melancholy as their currency, positivity is the root of Roo’s music – he labelled the “the general theme of encouragement” as the leitmotiv of his third record “Quiet Man”, due this June. Roo Panes will play his first Prague show at MeetFactory on November 21th.
